Robert B. Juckniess is an experienced CFO and Financial Controller with a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry as well as hospitality, entertainment and financial services. Strong business development professional with a Master’s degree focused in Finance from DePaul University . Robert has recently been working as a Fractional CFO and Project Manager for several organizations spanning various industries. Robert enjoys the ability to be flexible and build up businesses by providing insights to growing companies. His passion for business consulting and start-up finance has been a main focus since the start of his career in 2013.
ABOUT US
Chaz Fernandes is the Chief of Staff at RBJ Management. He manages not only the freelance staff needs, but also client staffing as well. Chaz comes from various manager roles from multiple industries and start ups of his own; making him well versed in customer service, time management, critical thinking, and organization. Chaz's background is a Bachelor's in Fine Art from the University of Hartford which means he's not afraid to get hands on and creative when when you need him to be. Chaz is happy, by making you happy.
Mitch Molnar is an experienced Staff Accountant with a proven track record of problem solving in various industries. Exceptional analytical professional with a degree in mathematics, statistics and business administration from Slippery Rock University. Mitch has recently been working as a senior accounting associate in school finance for several organizations in the greater Los Angeles area. Mitch has experience as a Bookkeeper, AR/AP Manager, and Admin in many startup ups, most recently in the cannabis and Entertainment industries. Mitch relishes the opportunity to take on new challenges to round out his experience in the finance and accounting industry.
Eden David is RBJ Management's Business Development Specialist. Her role is to find companies that are looking for capital/ debt raises so business owners can expand and grow their business to new heights. Eden comes from a background of Business Development in the healthcare industries which has been translating over to our clients. Gabriel Sanchez is RBJ Management's newest member! Starting off as a summer intern, Gabriel, has been handling the AR and Bookkeeping needs for our clients while also learning the different industries our clients are in. Gabriel studied Finance in UNLV and was apart of the soccer team showing us he can handle the time management and work life balance for our industry. We're excited to have Gabriel on the team learning with the best in Las Vegas!
